The Self-Fit option allows you to manage your own inspections in-house. Using the state-of-the-art tools and devices in the supplied Tire Care kit, you can perform inspections, generate reports and analyze the data to focus your tire maintenance actions.
This ties into our fleet management software and all analysis and reporting capabilities and provides you full access through the online Actionable Fleet Dashboard.
The program leverages our nationwide MICHELIN® Commercial Service Network to provide comprehensive, expert tire evaluation and electronic data capture. Our inspection includes the critical six factors that lead to poor tire performance or tire-related breakdowns, plus a full visual inspection of the tread and sidewall.
The data from your tire inspections and the evaluation data are uploaded to the MICHELIN® Tire Care cloud for easy analysis, complete visibility and detailed, actionable reports for smart decision-making through your in-depth Fleet Dashboard online.

Red Tag Resolution: As Red and Yellow Tag issues are identified during an inspection, MICHELIN® Tire Care helps ensure that all critical issues are corrected. The vehicle history shows the work performed and when it was completed.
Red Tags are critical issues that need immediate attention to avoid an ERS (emergency road service) or CSA violation. A Yellow Tag is an item that results in additional long-term costs and performance issues.
